How GDPR- and AI Act-proof is your software?
Eight short statements about privacy, data and AI use. You get a separate score for the GDPR and the EU AI Act, plus the points where you are at risk. No email needed.
Protection of personal data
The General Data Protection Regulation (since 2018) governs how you may process, store and share personal data. Think legal basis, data minimisation, data-subject rights and processing agreements. Fines run up to 20 million euros or 4% of annual turnover.
Responsible use of AI
The EU AI Act (phased in from 2025) classifies AI systems by risk: from minimal to unacceptable. High-risk AI requires human oversight, transparency, documentation and risk management. Heavy fines apply here too.
